Please note that if you are under duress, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or have any concerns relating to suicide, or anything illegal, that you must go to the proper authorities and seek proper counsel or services elsewhere. You will not be allowed to continue the appointment, and I will be held harmless for any decisions that you make. If anything is disclosed to me that I deem harmful to anyone, I will be required to alert the authorities.  Refunds are only issued under extreme circumstances or when I deem that a connection is not being made. If you are being rude, aggressive, or disrespectful, I will reserve the right to end the service early, and all money will be forfeited. Clients must acknowledge that services by me will not be 100% correct as I am human, and we all have free will and choices.

Additional Terms: A. Aerin Kube, LLC owns and operates this website. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors spiritual services and goods. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

To use my website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item, and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices charged for using the services are listed on the website. I reserve the right to change prices for services displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional pricing and/or sales tax information is available on the payments page.

I may, without prior notice, change the Services; stop providing the services or any features of the services I offer; or create limits for the services. I may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason or for no reason.

Payment plans:  Payment must be made on time per your enrollment agreement of the monthly equal payments you understood and agreed to by enrolling. You must make the first payment to enroll in any class and hold your space. After that, if payment, or payment arrangement, is not made on the day it is due, per the date you enrolled, then students may be administratively withdrawn. If a course has not commenced and is less than 20 days from start, you will be subject to the first month's payment being utilized as a non-refundable fee. If a payment is declined, students have until the end of the business day to make payment arrangements within two days. If payment is not made within three days, a late charge of $20 will be applied. If a student fails to pay after six days, the student will be withdrawn from the course, and any fees paid will be subject to prorated charges.

The service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of A. Aerin Kube, LLC. Unless explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights. You agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works.

I may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice and liability for any reason, including if, in my sole determination, you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations.

You agree to indemnify and hold A. Aerin Kube, LLC is harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website. This includes those events that I host and the market for others. You agree to register and pay for any events of your own free will.  If you have issues with any events I market and take payment for, you must discuss it with the presenter/ demonstrated or course owner.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall A. Aerin Kube, LLC, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aerin Kube, LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage of any nature whatsoever resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

I reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Website or my service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

You agree to receive from time to time materials from me by email or any other contact form you may provide me with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices, please notify me at any time.

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services shall be governed by, construed under, and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of United States, Florida, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction in St. Petersburg, FL. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.

Aerin Kube, LLC classes, aka Spirit Academy, are not accredited. Those registering must be over 18 years of age. Course information is not based on exact science, and much of the course information is based on open opinions and beliefs. Students are free to explore their own beliefs to find answers in metaphysics. Please note that Aerin reserves the right to withdraw participation from any student deemed unprepared or suitable for any specific course. Students will be prorated any money back.

All paid courses are non-refundable as of Jan 1, 2022, unless otherwise noted in the course.

Students are responsible for checking their time zone. No refunds for missed classes.  Logging in 10 minutes early and sitting in the waiting room is suggested to avoid problems and missing the workshop. In some cases, doors will lock to avoid interruption, so please ensure times, links, and codes are on time and logged in.
